The terms of services for commissioning are listed here

oWNERSHIP AND uSAGE:

1. Upon successful completion and full payment of the commissioned work, the client is now the owner of the work, however, they do not retain the IP. This will be discussed if required2. Illustrations are prohibited from being profited by the client unless terms have been agreed upon - apply to the condition below. The client is allowed to market with the piece, i.e. profile pictures, banners, promotional tweets, but cannot be used to sell merchandise or stream with.3. Commercial usage, especially for corporations or significant streamers intending to sell merchandise, must be explicitly agreed upon and contracted before proceeding with the commission - this may include an upscaled price.4. VTuber models and streaming assets come included with a commercial fee and are free to profit with through streaming and making merchandise with, however, Geckobon should be notified of potential merchandise regarding the model.5. Geckobon must be appropriately credited as the creator whenever the commissioned work is used on any public/social platform.

MODIFICATIONS AND RESALE:

1. The client is only allowed to modify or alter the commissioned artwork within reasonable customizations, which shall be discussed and agreed upon during the commission process.2. Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the commissioned work to third parties without explicit written permission from Geckobon is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT:

1. All payments must be made through PayPal in USD currency, following the payment instructions provided by Geckobon.2. Full payment is required before the commission work commences, except in cases where mutually agreed-upon payment plans are arranged between the client and Geckobon.3. A non-refundable 4% waitlist fee is required to secure a commission slot. This will be subtracted from the total invoice when the commission begins.4. In the event of an order cancellation before work initiation, a full refund of the amount received will be issued to the client. This does not include the loss incurred by PayPal's transfer fees. However, the waitlist fee will be retained.

DELIVERY AND REVISIONS:

1. The estimated delivery time for commissioned works will be discussed and agreed upon before payment, but delays may occur.2. Geckobon will provide reasonable opportunities for the client to review and request revisions during the creative process.3. Major revisions or changes that deviate significantly from the agreed-upon concept may require an additional fee, which shall be communicated and mutually agreed upon before implementation.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

1. Geckobon understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all clients' personal information and creative concepts shared during the commission process.2. Any sensitive or private information disclosed by the client, including but not limited to personal details, references, ideas, and project discussions, will be treated with the utmost respect and handled with strict confidentiality.3. Geckobon will not disclose, share, or distribute any client-related information or commission details to third parties without the client's express written consent.4. The client retains the right to request the deletion or permanent removal of their commission-related information from Geckobon's records after the project is completed, subject to applicable legal obligations.5. Geckobon may, at her discretion, share non-identifiable and non-sensitive aspects of completed commissions (e.g., watermarked images, and general descriptions) for promotional purposes, provided it does not compromise the client's confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
